is a definite advantage to any future home owner if they can work directly with the builder; the future
owner can decide before and even during build time exactly what they want their new home to be and what amenities it will contain. By working directly from the builder, not only does the future home owner get to choose what goes into the construction of the house, but will also purchase the house without the added realtor fees that real estate agents must charge in order to list the house and cover their overhead.  The savings attained from this direct builder home owner relationship either results in a much lower price or extra amenities put into the home at build time.
   
     We build a limited number of houses every year, so each prospective home-owner will be able to meet

     We can build from our existing plans, third party plans, or your own design. We can take your design from a sketch or picture to a plan quickly and affordably in our office, using modern design and drafting programs. Our Design Software allows the future home owner to view their home inside and out in a 3D color view, prior to construction. We will
produce an accurate and informative set of plans for permit submittal to your local Building Department.
